  • Good food. I especially liked the soft tofu soup. Pork bulgogi had good flavor but was a little less spicy than normal. Will ask for extra spicy next time

  • Nice clean place. I didn't want to go because I thought it was just tofu. I was wrong, large selection of Korean food. Dumplings and fried rice are great. Would recommend.

  • Really authentic, excellent soft tofu soup with good quality seafood— I loved the fresh mussels! Clean dining area, friendly, and quick service, and totally reasonable prices. A legit Korean gem in Wethersfield, decent kimchi and judicious banchan. Will go back to try other dishes, but the spicy soft tofu soup is impressive!

Every dish is a testament to the rich and diverse flavors of Korean cuisine. Kimchi Pancake were the best.

  • Angry Tofu is a cozy and flavorful haven for lovers of authentic Korean cuisine. The atmosphere is casual yet welcoming, making it perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends and family. Among their many dishes, the Tangsuyuk stands out as an absolute must-try. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and served with a perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour sauce, it's one of the best versions of this dish I’ve had. The portion size is generous, making it ideal for sharing (though you might want it all to yourself!). Other menu items are also packed with flavor, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. If you’re craving hearty Korean food with standout flavors, Angry Tofu should be high on your list. Don’t leave without trying the Tangsuyuk — it’s a game changer.

  • Really great place! The banchan was amazing, my absolute favorite was the cucumber. It's tangy, just a bit spicy and super crunchy. The galbi was really flavorful, and the soontofu had an egg, chock full of meat and filled to the brim with tofu. I couldn't even finish mine, it was so filling! Highly recommend this place

  • This restaurant provided an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was truly excellent, and I was especially impressed by the quality of the staff. They were genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and made the entire meal feel welcoming. The star of the show was definitely the La Galbi; it was cooked to absolute perfection. Additionally, the Kimchi Jeon (kimchi pancake) was remarkable—it was wonderfully flaky and flavorful, showing great execution. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for delicious Korean cuisine and exceptional service

  • I came here for dinner with my family after looking up local places to try on TikTok, this one stood out to us so we made a plan to try it. It was our first time here and the experience was an adventure. After we ordered our drinks we decided to try a variety of things on the menu, steamed dumplings, bulgogi, fried pork with sweet and sour sauce, beef fried rice, and chicken udon. The waitress came back with a variety of sides, and we weren't sure if we should eat them, or wait for our food, and at first we each tasted a little bit of all the sides, my favorites were the spicy cucumber salad, the kimchi, and the lotus root. We looked around and noticed other people were picking at them so we decided to continue to try and enjoy all of those tasty treats. The waitress was incredibly nice. When our food arrived everything was very good. The dumplings were huge and very flavorful. The fried pork was crisp and crunchy and the sauce was the perfect balance between sweet and tangy. The bulgogi for me was the show stopper, if my family wasn't so adverse to spice I would've gone for the spicy one, but they are unable to handle happiness I'm afraid. The rice was okay, it was a little dry and not a lot of flavor, but it had a lot of vegetables and eggs in it. The udon was amazing, it did leave me feeling like a novice at my chopstick skills with the slippery noodles, a challenge I may spend quite a bit of time leveling up on, the flavors were so good and the chicken was very tender and juicy. I can't wait to return and try other items on the menu and possibly see what they recommend. Price was reasonable, food was plentiful, the experience was fun and exciting
